Services Terms & Refunds Policy.
Scheduling an Appointment, The Client (Pet’s Owner) is aware of and accepts the following terms:
1- All the pets are Current with all vaccinations.
2- The client must inform us about prior aggressive behavior or health conditions, parasites, fleas, or ticks.
3- No Shows or Cancellations with less than 2 hours minimum notice will not get the book fee refunded.
4-Photography Consent: You authorize Pet Puzzle to photograph or video your dog(s) and/or yourself for promotional use. Pet Puzzle may use and display these images in displays, advertisements, websites, or other materials indefinitely without charge, and these images remain the property of Pet Puzzle.
5-Late Pick-Ups: Pet Puzzle requires dogs to be picked up promptly within 1 hour of notification. Late pickups incur a $100 fee if not retrieved by closing time.
Subsequent days are charged at $100/day plus additional expenses. Fees are double on holidays or non-business days. Full payment is due upon pickup, and Pet Puzzle may transfer dogs to temporary boarding at extra cost.
6- De-matting may cause stress and post-grooming skin irritations and is avoided to prioritize the dog's well-being over appearance.
7- Accidents can happen during grooming despite our careful handling of sharp equipment. Restless or excited dogs can be risky to handle, so please refrain from interacting with your pet during the session.
8- Hold Harmless Agreement: By scheduling with Pet Puzzle, you (or your Agent) agree to indemnify Pet Puzzle, its owners, affiliates, operators, employees, officers, and directors from any damages, liabilities, financial losses, or claims, including veterinarian bills, due to any condition of your listed dog(s), whether known or unknown, arising from services or products provided by or associated with Pet Puzzle. These terms are subject to change without notice and override any previous contracts or releases. This agreement applies to all dogs groomed at Pet Puzzle, present and future, irrespective of their listing on the reverse side.

PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send or bring the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
